Pricing
Pricing is based on the amount of detail in the job.
With every job being different than the next, it's hard to have a set price.
Also will consider discount for large orders.

Ordering
Contact us with order details for a price quote.
We will make a draft of your order for you to approve before any work is started. Once draft is approved we will require a deposit before starting any work. Remember these are custom jobs, so it's not like we could resell them if the order falls through. A 50% non refundable deposit is required on all orders. We will send a "Deposit Request" through PayPal; once deposit transaction is complete work will be started.
Once order is complete the remainder of payment will be required upon delivery. Local orders can be picked up or delivered in some cases (with prior arrangements made)
All other orders will be shipped, with a small shipping charge.
** When ordering Beer Mugs or Coffee Cup please indicate if they are Left Handed or Right Handed (this will determine which side the engraving goes on)
If not stated the engraving will be set up as Right Handed
Returns
All sales are final.
Remember these are custom and could not be reused.
**In the case of spelling errors on our part we will replace the items at no charge.
